Job Title: Technical Support Engineer – Microsoft SharePoint Or Outlook

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Redmond, WA (One In-person Round)/3 days Onsite & 2 Days Remote.

Night Shift: 4.30pm PST to 1.30am PST

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, and related Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint access, permissions, document sharing, synchronization, and site configuration issues.
• Diagnose Outlook email delivery, connectivity, profile configuration, synchronization, and performance problems.
• Investigate authentication, access, and Microsoft 365 service-related issues.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint Online and OneDrive integration issues, including file access and synchronization.
• Analyze technical logs, error messages, and diagnostic information to identify root causes.
• Assist customers with mailbox configuration, calendar access, shared mailboxes, and email functionality.
• Support SharePoint document libraries, lists, collaboration features, and user permissions.
• Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and escalation teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Outlook.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Experience troubleshooting SharePoint Online, document libraries, permissions, and collaboration issues.
• Strong understanding of Outlook configuration, email synchronization, calendar functionality, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 authentication.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced technical support environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise technical support or application support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Microsoft support tools.
• Knowledge of PowerShell for troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience handling customer escalations and resolving complex technical issues.
