Staff Accountant

Position Summary The Staff Accountant supports core accounting functions and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the month-end close process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Record, process, and maintain financial transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Perform accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment support Support accounts receivable activities, including billing, cash application, and aging analysis Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close processesAnalyze account activity and investigate discrepancies Generate financial reports and assist with internal reporting needs Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company policies Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data and resolve issues Other duties as assigned Equal Employment Opportunity Statement ACI Building Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
