EIHC is seeking a full‑time Family Medicine Physician dedicated to serving the needs of our community. COMPENSATION Competitive compensation packages based on previous work experience, education, certification, and other relevant factors. $217,360.00 – $355,680.00 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate team member success and smooth daily operations toward established goals by working with a collaborative care model. Interview patients to address the presenting/initial reason for visiting the clinic and subsequent willingness for service(s) offered and indicated. Initiate and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to the patient’s current status, analyzing the assessment data in determining diagnoses, prioritizing diagnoses using appropriate complex clinical reasoning. SCHEDULE Monday to Wednesday: 8 AM to 7 PM. Thursday and Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM. Flexible scheduling options available.
