Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Pleasant Hill to maintain the physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. The role includes handling work orders, make-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory management, documentation, and basic grounds maintenance on a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 8am–5pm, with on-call duties.
