About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic and financial planning function, with a focus on capital allocation, performance management, and executive decision-making. This role requires a professional who can bring the discipline of a corporate FP&A leader and the analytical rigor of an investment professional, translating data into a clear, defensible point of view. The AVP will own enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and the financial narrative delivered to the executive leadership and the Board. Strong technical FP&A skills are essential, as is the ability to synthesize data, frame strategic questions, and equip leadership to make informed decisions. The role also involves developing strong working relationships with leaders in other shared services areas and exemplifying the company's core values. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' of progressive experience in FP&A or a corporate finance function. Experience in private equity, investment banking, or a comparable investment-management environment is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and communicating financial plans and analyses to executive-level audiences, as well as hands-on experience with enterprise budgeting and forecasting cycles. Proficiency in AI tools for finance and analytical work, as well as experience with enterprise business-intelligence or data-visualization platforms, is required. The role demands a professional with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, who can effectively manage multiple functional areas and ensure the team adheres to the highest standards of business and personal ethics.
