Job Description We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a part of the team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization. Responsibilities Recruit, source and interview using reliable recruiting and selection tools Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Lead generation for potential candidates through various channels Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies Manage entire recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field is required Previous experience recruiting in hospitality, concessions, or restaurants Minimum of 8 years recruiting experience Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws Experience in leveraging social media tools such as LinkedIn, as a candidate identification and development tools is preferred Proven interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
