We are expanding our team and are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running in a manufacturing environment— this is not a facilities, janitorial, or property management role . Working under the direction of senior maintenance staff, you will handle routine repairs, respond to equipment breakdowns, and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance across the plant. This is a developing role with room to grow your skills across mechanical and electrical systems and a path toward greater responsibility over time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs
• Complete product changeovers as needed
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Report major repair needs or parts shortages to the lead
• Complete maintenance paperwork

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• General maintenance experience
• Knowledge of PLCs, cameras, electrical systems, and heat sealing is a plus
• Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
