Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,814–$1,890 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Start date: 07/28/2026 Setting: Hospital, Travel - Temporary Assignment; Adult Surgical Unit with some Pediatric beds Responsibilities Apply the nursing process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to care for adult surgical patients; support a small number of pediatric beds as needed. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, standards of care, and state laws. Document care accurately and completely; develop and initiate a patient-centered plan of care in coordination with physicians and hospital policy. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and discharge planning; provide ongoing instruction as part of the care plan. Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities; contribute to the patient’s longitudinal plan of care across units. Demonstrate critical thinking related to patient safety and experience; elevate concerns promptly through the appropriate chain of command; may float to other units as required.
