Position Summary The position will help take our software to the next level through developing specifications for software programming applications and modifying/maintaining the existing software. The Sr. Applications Developer Team Lead will participate in design and coding activities with other team members. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in C#, Vue.js, Visual Studio, and Mircosoft® SQL Server®.Essential Functions and Responsibilities Oversee a team of web developers and provides mentoring and project guidance along with being responsible for scheduling and performance reviewsPerform architecture and design activities.Develop new web-based software services using C# / .NET / MVC / Web API / Vue.js development frameworks and maintain existing products using Microsoft technologies.Assume responsibility for ongoing data architecture for software.Track the status of multiple ongoing projects.Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in business information systems or computer science or a similar degreeFive years of development experience architecting and implementing service-oriented architecturesProficiency in C# and Vue.js or another JavaScript framework like React.js or Angular.jsExperience with Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL ServerExtensive experience with Entity Framework and LINQFamiliarity with various design and architectural patternsXamarin experience a plusExperience with unit testing frameworks a pluswhyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal cross-functional teams, leadership and external clientsOther employee rewards include tickets to Cleveland sporting events, a variety of lunch and learns, and various employee-appreciation events throughout the year.
