This role owns end-to-end program delivery and leads a team of project managers to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across multiple workstreams.In this role, you will drive campaign delivery, accelerate data-driven initiatives, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability. Success requires strong project management expertise, data integration experience, and the ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-channel marketing programs across GM initiativesAct as the primary liaison between GM clients, internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and data engineering teamsTranslate business needs into detailed business requirements, including data inputs, outputs, logic, and personalization rulesOversee campaign execution lifecycle, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness at every stageManage program priorities, timelines, risks, and escalations across multiple concurrent initiativesLead troubleshooting efforts and drive resolution of complex data or process issuesManage, mentor, and coach a team of up to 6 Project Managers, driving accountability, growth, and performanceEstablish clear roles, responsibilities, and workload distribution across the teamProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development supportStandardize best practices, tools, and delivery methodologies across the PM teamFoster a high-performance, collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvementOversee data integration points between client, Epsilon, and vendor partnersPartner with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution, including QA processes and validation checksEnsure accuracy and completeness of file transfers, campaign inputs, and outputsPartner with account, analytics, and strategy teams on audience targeting, test design, and reporting requirementsCommunicate program status, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholdersInfluence decision-making and align cross-functional teams without direct authorityDevelop and implement process improvements to optimize workflows, mitigate risk, and increase scalabilityEstablish repeatable frameworks for campaign execution, documentation, and reportingDrive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required7+ years of project management experiencePrior experience managing or mentoring project managers strongly preferredExperience within data-driven marketing, CRM, or digital campaign execution environmentsAutomotive and/or agency experience strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)Skills and AbilitiesStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsAdvanced organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environmentsStrategic thinker with the ability to manage both big-picture initiatives and detailed executionProven ability to drive accountability, manage conflict, and deliver results under pressureStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAdditional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
