This includes managing the SVP/President's agenda, collaborating on cross-functional projects, preparing briefing materials, and overseeing follow-ups. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in decisions related to the implementation of new or updated programs, large-scale projects, and supporting technical or operational procedures and processes. The role requires a deep understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate and the ability to provide input into the function's strategy.
