Essential Job Functions Offer our guests unparalleled service with warmth and thoughtfulness Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest Maintain daily organization of the coffee shop, ensuring all products are readily accessible Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas Pay rate Per hour: $15- $15.92 Physical Demands Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs.
