Residential Program Manager - 24/7 On-Call Operations Lead
Bay Community Support Services, Inc.
Bay-CSS is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager for our St. Mary's County, MD location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential programs and working with behaviors, as well as being available on-call 24/7. This role oversees day-to-day operations, staff management, and ensures high-quality care within the residential program.
