Baker and Packager Associate

Position Summary Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for members, following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure members receive the freshest items available. You will juggle several tasks quickly, assist members with bakery orders, and contribute to a large team focused on happy, satisfied members. Your duties include: Prepare bakery department merchandise based on production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain, and inventory management. Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area. Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and assisting with purchasing decisions. Leverage digital tools to improve the shopping experience and enable productive decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired. Preferred Qualifications None. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour.
