Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients during labor, delivery, and post-partum stages.
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 2 years; must be comfortable with/had some exposure to PP
- Certifications: BLS, NRP, fetal monitoring
- Skills required: strong LD experience: must be able to do cervical exams, antepartum and labors, amnio infusions, epidurals, fetal monitoring, IVs, Pitocin; must be able to circulate C-sections; baby catching/receiving (required); APGAR; breastfeeding knowledge
- EMR: Epic (strongly preferred)
