Environmental Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the aluminum rolled products industry, is seeking an Environmental Engineer to join their team. Job Title Environmental Engineer Location Lewisport, KY Pay Range $100,000 - $130,000 What's the Job? Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including EPA standards for air, water, and waste management. Manage and maintain environmental permits, including renewals, reporting, and inspections to ensure ongoing compliance. Develop, implement, and monitor environmental policies, procedures, and systems to surpass regulatory standards. Collect, evaluate, and maintain accurate environmental data and records, ensuring confidentiality and integrity. Provide technical leadership during environmental audits, emergency response situations, and incident investigations. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental compliance within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Working knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations, including permits, reporting, and audits. Experience with ISO 14001 environmental management systems. Strong analytical, technical writing, and problem‑solving skills, along with effective interpersonal and communication abilities. What's in it for me?
