Audible, a leader in audio storytelling, is seeking a Senior Workforce Strategist & HRBP for a hybrid role. You will translate business plans into talent actions, build headcount models, run scenario analyses, and partner with leaders to optimize size, structure, location and capabilities across tech and non-tech teams.
You’ll shape org design, coach senior managers, and drive change management in an AI-forward environment.
