Role Summary

The Support Specialist will support the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of the NOVAtime Time & Attendance platform. This role partners with product, engineering, payroll, and operations teams to coordinate work, manage requests, and ensure timely resolution of system issues and changes.

Key Responsibilities
· Understand the NOVAtime and/or Workforce platform – user functionality, configurations, reports, etc.
· Support NOVAtime and/or Workforce incidents - triage, provide technical support, troubleshoot remotely and engage on-site technician or vendor (as needed)
· Execute configuration changes as requested by Operations
· Create or update existing integrations with upstream or downstream systems
· Monitor daily and weekly data integrations, ensure successful runs
· Maintain documentation, status reports, and issue logs
· Act as a liaison between vendor and business stakeholders
· Assist with audits, compliance checks, and payroll-related support activities.

Required Qualifications .
· Experience supporting a Time & Attendance or payroll-related platform (UKG or NOVAtime preferred)
· Experience supporting incidents, creating change controls, and maintaining knowledge content (ServiceNow preferred)
· Experience with integration and middleware tools (IBM MQ and ITX preferred)
· Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
· Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work management
· Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
