By fostering strong relationships and working collaboratively, you will contribute to the collective success of our teams and the achievement of our goals.You're Our Person If...Proven Experience: 5-10 years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in the Point of Sale (POS, formerly PredictSpring) space as a lead developer or architectSalesforce POS/PredictSpring Expertise:5+ years proven hands-on experience with POS/PredictSpringDeep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practicesExperience with system architecture design and integration patternsDeep understanding of POS App and Merchant Tools with hands-on experience using them to troubleshoot and solve real business challengesFamiliarity with POS configuration, CMS capabilities, APIs and SPIsConsultancy Skills:Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from Developers to Merchants to ExecutivesCustomer-centric discovery - ability to ask questions and challenge assumptions with empathy to identify the real problem to solveIndustry (e.g. retail) Experience: Knowledge of functions outside of Commerce that impact Commerce operations and decision makingProactive mindset: Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely with customers and colleaguesData Ethics and Privacy: Values the importance of Data Ethics and Privacy by ensuring that customer solutions adhere to relevant regulations and best practices in data security and privacyDegree or equivalent relevant experience required.
