SHIFTS / AVAILABILITY

Shift Period	19:00 07:30
Days	3 x 12-hour shifts rotating

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide intensive nursing care for critically ill patients
Manage ventilators, IV drips, and haemodynamic monitoring
Titrate vasoactive medications and respond to rapid deterioration
Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary ICU team
Complete accurate, timely ICU EMR documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
BLS and ACLS certifications current
Minimum 2 years ICU or Critical Care RN experience
Ventilator management proficiency
