Software Engineer

Software Engineer We’re looking for a full‑stack developer to design, develop, and implement software solutions end to end in a fast, agile environment at Booz Allen. Responsibilities Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications. Write source code for new applications or generate and enhance code samples for existing applications. Use back‑end and front‑end languages to develop complete solutions. Identify system improvements and collaborate with team members to solve complex problems. Help clients overcome challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software applications. Experience with basic programming languages, tools or web development stacks including C#, C, C++, .NET, or JavaScript. Experience with Agile methodology. Experience with back‑end and front‑end languages to develop complete solutions. Experience using automated testing tools for testing and maintenance. Secret clearance required. Preferred: Experience with Java, React, Node.js, or database technologies. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree. Compensation is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 annualized, depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, and contract requirements.
