We re hiring a Clinical Manager Registered Nurse who wants leadership responsibility, a stable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing healthcare organization.

You ll step into a leadership role focused on providing oversight and direction to the clinical team while ensuring high-quality patient care. In addition to team management, you will provide direct patient care in home settings when necessary and collaborate closely with executive leadership.

You ll practice in Birmingham, Alabama, the state s largest city and a hub for healthcare innovation, known for its rich history, vibrant culinary scene, and beautiful Appalachian surroundings.

You hold a clear and active Registered Nurse license in Alabama
You have at least 2 years of experience as a Hospital Clinical Manager

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $85,000 to $95,000
Health insurance with 90 percent employer coverage, under $30 per pay period
