Responsibilities In this role, you will:Understand the user journey and user funnelCollaborate with product, design and engineering to influence product strategy and directionYou will guide the technical direction and implementation of large-scale product featuresEvaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance and customer impact to ensure we build the right solutionDebug inefficiencies on the team and fix themShip well-tested, secure, reliable, and maintainable code while keeping our customers best interests in mindContribute to code reviews, documentation, and complex bug fixes with security, performance and reliability in mindMentor and level up the skills of your teammates by sharing your expertiseImprove the growth engineering team through mentoringIdentify blockers to ensure software engineering excellence (design principles and patterns, unit testing, performance engineering, best practices for security and privacy) Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Pay Ranges In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
