Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is looking for an energetic and organized Aquatics Manager to join our team.This is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, so candidates must be comfortable multitasking, managing and supporting a team, and staying organized throughout the day. Evening availability and one weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday) are required for this position.Salary:$50,000+ per year, based on experienceWe offer:Flexible set schedulesWeekly payMonthly, quarterly, and yearly bonusesWeekend mealsBenefits packageGrowth opportunitiesRequirements:Availability to work full-time, 40-45 hours per weekAvailability to work a mix of daytime and evening shiftsAvailability to work one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) from 8:30am-3pmAbility to manage, lead, and support a teamAbility to work alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environmentAbility to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment2 years of swim experience2 years of management or leadership experienceSchedule Requirements:This position requires 40-45 hours per week, including 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Weekday schedules will include a combination of earlier and later shifts within our operating hours, with availability to work until close on select weekdays required.
