Alto Wheaton is looking for a friendly, dependable Server to join our dining team. You'll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents every day, working alongside our Dining Services team. Shift: PM, days vary — flexibility needed to work mornings, mid-days, and evenings (no late nights) Employment Type: Part-Time Weekend and holiday availability required What You Bring A friendly, positive attitude and genuine care for others Experience preferred but not required — we'll help you learn the role Reliability and flexibility with scheduling No license or certification needed Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay A supportive team environment Meaningful work that makes a real difference in residents' daily lives Flexible part-time hours Areas of Responsibility Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner. Serve food in an efficient and professional manner. Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol. Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period. Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed. Label and date all food. Other job duties as assigned – see full job description. Required Qualifications Must be a minimum of 16 years of age. Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
