The Senior Litigation Attorney will independently manage a diverse caseload of complex civil litigation matters while serving as a strategic advisor to clients and mentor to junior attorneys. What You Will Lead Independently manage a complex civil litigation caseload from inception through trial and resolution. Handle a variety of matters involving business disputes, real estate litigation, contract disputes, and related commercial litigation matters. Serve as lead counsel in depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial proceedings. Develop litigation strategy, oversee discovery, and manage all aspects of case progression. Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, and other key litigation filings. Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and strategic counsel. Mentor and support junior attorneys while contributing to the overall development of the litigation team. Participate in business development efforts and help expand the firm's client base and market presence. What You Bring Active California Bar license in good standing. 7+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong experience handling business litigation, real estate disputes, contract litigation, or related commercial matters. Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation caseload with minimal supervision. Significant deposition, motion practice, mediation, and courtroom experience. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills. Strong client relationship management and communication abilities. Experience mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating within a team environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in contributing to practice growth and long-term firm success. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a highly competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $260,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
