Overview Ellie Mental Health in Newton seeks child and adolescent therapists who value creativity, compassion, and flexibility. Clinicians with experience working with children and teens are especially desired. We offer a hybrid work model that balances autonomy with an in‑person team structure. Location 109 Oak Street, Suite 201, Newton, MA 02464; flexible work‑from‑home options available. Benefits Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential (Salary Range: $63,000 – $123,000 per year) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 25 clinical hours per week for full‑time status Flexible scheduling – strong preference for availability weekdays from 3 pm on and/or at least one weekend day; daytime sessions also welcomed Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) match Paid continuing education (CEU) credits and time Pay for administrative time License renewal reimbursement Credentialing, office space, and technology provided Free supervision for licensure if needed Robust administrative support, referral assistance, and client/therapist matching Hybrid work flexibility with meaningful in‑person connection Responsibilities Provide therapy to children and adolescents using developmentally appropriate and creative, play and/or expressive‑based interventions Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers for wraparound support Maintain a minimum of 25 weekly client sessions for full‑time status Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely case documentation Attend weekly team meetings, group supervision, and trainings, contributing to a collaborative, inclusive environment Opportunity to work with adults across the lifespan as needed Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (Social Work, Counseling, MFT, etc.) Active Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) or in the process of obtaining licensure Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families Comfort using creative, expressive, or play‑based approaches Strong diagnostic and documentation skills Tech‑savvy and comfortable with electronic health records (Valant experience a plus) Successful background check Authorization to work in the United States Equal Opportunity Employer Ellie Mental Health is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
