Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,692 per week

Overview Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Overland Park, Kansas. Responsibilities Perform interventional radiology procedures and related radiology duties as assigned. Prepare access sites, maintain sterile field, and assist the radiology team during procedures. Operate GE Innova IGS and related equipment; ensure equipment setup and maintenance. Assist with PACS, EPIC EMR, and image management; ensure proper documentation and imaging quality. Assist with various procedures including, but not limited to, aortography, embolization, biopsies, angiography, stent placement, catheter/drain exchanges, and other listed IR/vascular procedures. Maintain patient safety and adhere to isolation precautions and PPE guidelines; support rapid response/code teams when needed. Cover duties in X-ray when IR is not busy and participate in on-call shifts as required. Qualifications Experience: 3 years of interventional radiology/radiologic technologist experience preferred. Certifications: BLS, ARRT R (Radiography), Kansas License (LRT). Licensure: Must have Kansas license. System experience: EPIC charting required; familiarity with PACS preferred. Shifts: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week; Weekday on-call 1-2 nights/week at SLS; weekend call every 4-6 weekends at SLS/SLE. Trauma Level: Trauma Level II experience preferred. Knowledge: Knowledge of interventional radiology procedures and STEM-related equipment and procedures.
