Core Duties

• Coordinate daily schedules for therapists, clients, and families
• Manage appointment changes, cancellations, and schedule adjustments
• Communicate with families regarding scheduling needs
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorization follow-up
• Maintain accurate scheduling and administrative records
• Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling, administrative support, customer service, or healthcare preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
