Job Title: Maintenance Building Technician

Location: Fourchon, LA

Position Overview: A Building Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Performs general maintenance/repairs to building, grounds, equipment.

· Carrys out established preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

· Qualified individuals should have 2 years of general construction experience.

· Carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical experience is a plus.

· Must have a valid drivers’ license with the ability to drive company vehicles.

Skills and Abilities:

· Must have knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods.

· Must be able to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment in performing tasks .
