Job Description: Task Coordinator at Perkins Coie LLP

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate tasks and activities related to legal cases and projects within the firm.
Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks for the legal team.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of task status and progress.
Support the team with any administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Desired Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role.
Experience in a legal setting is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $25 per hour
Maximum Salary: $35 per hour
Currency: USD
