Senior Staff Applied AI Engineer - Tech Lead, Healthcare AI

OpenLoop is building the future of healthcare infrastructure. We are hiring a Senior Staff Applied AI Engineer to be one of the first technical leaders for AI at OpenLoop, shaping how our agents run, how we prove their performance, and how we keep them safe and affordable for broad deployment.

As an early hire, you will influence agent runtime, evaluation, model access, observability, grounding, workflow design, security, and cloud foundations, while mentoring engineers new to AI on our platform.
