Job Description :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pizza dough preparation, topping assembly. As our pizzaiolo, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas with precision, ensuring that every pie meets our high standards of quality and flavor.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch.
• Cook pizzas in a wood-fired oven to achieve perfect crusts and delicious flavors.
• Assemble pizzas according to the menu and guest specifications.
• Maintain consistency in pizza quality, presentation, and cooking times.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of pizza ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pizza station and kitchen area.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or in a similar pizza-making role
• Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, toppings, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for making high-quality pizzas.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
