The practice delivers highly personalized care with a strong emphasis on education, support, and empowerment—serving both patients and those who care for them.Position SummaryThe Clinical Manager is a key operational and clinical leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical functions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This individual will lead a team of Registered Nurses and clinical support staff, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the practice. This role requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is deeply committed to advancing care for individuals and families impacted by memory and movement disorders.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Operations & Team Leadership:Provide direct supervision and leadership to RNs and clinical administrative staffManage staffing schedules and adjust resources to maintain efficient patient flowFoster a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team culturePerformance & Process Improvement:Monitor, analyze, and ensure adherence to clinical and operational performance metricsIdentify opportunities for workflow optimization and implement process improvementsLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient experienceTraining & Staff Development:Oversee onboarding and training of new clinical staffProvide ongoing education, coaching, and professional development for team membersEnsure staff competency in clinical protocols, systems, and patient engagement standardsClinical Systems & Provider Support:Serve as the clinical lead for Athenahealth (EMR), including optimization and troubleshootingPartner with providers to support clinical workflows, documentation, and system utilizationLead implementation of new systems, tools, and clinical processesProgram Oversight:Conduct ongoing evaluation of clinical programs and operationsRecommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and access to careSupport innovation in care delivery for patients with cognitive and movement disordersLocation & Schedule:Full-time, on-site positionLocated near the Eastover area of Charlotte, North CarolinaCulture & Values:Time and Attention – Delivering individualized care while prioritizing patient and caregiver needsProfound Empathy – Providing compassionate, respectful support to patients and their familiesAccess – Ensuring care is available to all, regardless of circumstanceQualificationsRequired:Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum of 3+ years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience managing nursing staffDemonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and alignment with mission-driven workCore Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skillsProven ability to manage change and drive operational excellenceExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesHigh emotional intelligence with demonstrated tact, diplomacy, and professionalismStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilitiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Experience with EMR systems (Athenahealth preferred)What Success Looks LikeA high-functioning, engaged clinical team aligned with organizational valuesEfficient, patient-centered workflows that support both providers and familiesMeasurable improvements in clinical operations, access, and patient experienceA culture of continuous learning, accountability, and compassionBase Salary $95,000-$100,000.
