Contract Details

• Start Dates: July 20 or July 27
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
• Shift: 3x12 Nights
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
• Holiday Requirement: None

Radius Rule

• Candidate must live more than 50 miles from the facility.

Required Licenses & Certifications

• WI RN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• TNCC
• PALS

Required Experience

• Minimum 2+ years Emergency Department experience
• Travel experience preferred
• EPIC experience preferred

Unit Information

• 16-Bed Emergency Department
• All Ages Served
• All Levels of Emergency Care
• Typical Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Ratios may temporarily increase during high-volume surges

Patient Population

• Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric Patients
• Medical Emergencies
• Trauma Cases
• Cardiac Emergencies
• Respiratory Emergencies
• Behavioral Health Patients
• General Emergency Department Presentations

Float Requirements

Must be willing to float:

• To similar units as needed

   

Call / Low Census

• No regular call requirement
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census time
• Travelers may be placed on call during low census periods
• Call-back minimum: 2 hours
• Callback pay applies if called back to work
