Job DescriptionRehabilitation Technician- FTConemaugh Memorial Medical Center, a Duke LifePoint hospital, is the flagship hospital of Conemaugh Health System. Conemaugh Memorial is proudly committed to being a teaching hospital including seven medical residency programs, School of Nursing, and Allied Health education programs.Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center has 537 inpatient, behavioral health, rehabilitation, and transitional care beds.As a Rehabilitation Technician, assists Occupational and Physical Therapists (OTR/RPT) with patient care tasks to support patients in achieving optimal rehabilitation goals. Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with the rehabilitation team, monitors patient reactions to treatment, and follows instructions accurately. Regularly lift and carry equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs. Performs additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the therapy department.Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
