What You’ll Do 

  • Train side-by-side with experienced mentors who teach you step-by-step.

  • Meet with families and business owners to introduce supplemental health insurance options that provide meaningful financial protection.

  • Learn simple, proven sales systems that build confidence quickly.

  • Set personal goals, hit them, and move up based on performance—not tenure.

What You Need to Bring

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

  • Clear communication skills and comfort meeting new people.

  • A coachable attitude—we’ll teach you the rest.

  • No prior experience required—this is ground-up training.
