Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental standards, scope of practice, and patient needs. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, perform procedures, document care accurately, respond promptly to patient requests, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement holistic treatment plans. Serve as an advocate for patients and coordinate ongoing care with community support systems. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license, RN diploma, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 90 days. Minimum of one year of nursing experience required. Core Competencies: Compassionate communication, clinical assessment, procedural skills, teamwork, and advocacy to ensure excellent patient outcomes and safety.
