Job Summary:
Our manufacturing team is looking for a Hardware Manufacturing Associate to align, calibrate, assemble, and test products while meeting production schedules and quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented environment, follows standard operating procedures, and is committed to delivering high-quality products that support healthcare and laboratory customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform assembly, alignment, calibration, and testing of hardware products.
• Execute daily production plans while meeting quality and on-time delivery goals.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and operational efficiency.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Train new team members on equipment operation and manufacturing procedures as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience in a regulated industry (FDA, ISO, medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience reading engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO, and quality standards.
• Experience with manufacturing, assembly, calibration, or testing.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
