What You'll Do

Prepare therapeutic desserts and salads according to menu requirements
Serve meals to residents in our Health Center
Set up and reset dining room tables for meal service
Transport hot and cold food, supplies, and dining essentials safely throughout the community
Stock dining areas and maintain department standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitary
Support a positive dining experience while embodying our CARES values

What We're Looking For

Previous food service experience is preferred (healthcare or senior living experience is a plus)
A team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
Compassion and patience when working with older adults
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
