TRAINING COORDINATOR

Training Coordinator Pathways to Life, Inc. - Greenville, NC Full-time | On-site | $16-$19/hour At Pathways to Life, Inc. (PTL), our staff are the foundation of the care we provide - and that starts with making sure everyone has the training and tools they need to succeed. We're looking for a Training Coordinator who is organized, dependable, and eager to grow into a compliance-focused role. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in a healthcare organization. This is a single-site position based at our Greenville office. Responsibilities Monitor and track staff training compliance in accordance with PTL policy and applicable service definitions Identify, assign, and schedule required training for staff Follow up to ensure training is completed and nothing falls through the cracks Upload training certificates to personnel files accurately and within required timeframes Maintain organized, audit-ready training documentation Notify staff and leadership of upcoming deadlines and expirations Maintain confidentiality of employee records at all times Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred Strong organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records No prior experience required - willingness to learn and take initiative is what matters most CPR/First Aid certification a plus, not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
