Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Pueblo, CO

Qualifications & Experience Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP - CCC credential required Experience in pediatric speech therapy within school or healthcare settings Teletherapy experience valued Ability to supervise and collaborate with SLPAs Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) with relevant supervision Strong interpersonal and communication skills Key Responsibilities Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 70 students Develop and implement IEPs in alignment with students needs Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in eligibility meetings Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Utilize teletherapy platforms as appropriate for student services Provide guidance and support to the assigned SLPA Flexibly adapt to two school sites, ensuring consistent and responsive care Perks & Benefits Full-time contract for the school year (FT - NSY) Four-day work week (MondayThursday), with optional professional development on Fridays Support from an experienced SLPA for caseload management Opportunities for mentorship and professional collaboration If you are passionate about making a positive impact in students communication skills while enjoying a balanced schedule and collaborative environment, we invite you to take the next step in your career.
