Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Lead Mental Health Counselor, you will focus on a varied client base, catering to individuals and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

  • Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a clinical social worker (LCSW), professional counselor (LPC), or marriage and family therapist (LMFT).

  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated abilities in establishing therapeutic relationships and managing complex cases.
