Job Position: Purchasing Buyer

Location: Houston, TX 77012

Description: We are seeking a reliable Purchasing Buyer / Procurement Buyer to support daily purchasing operations for a busy warehouse environment. This role focuses on vendor coordination, purchase orders, inventory support, and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
Source materials, parts, and supplies from vendors
Negotiate pricing and maintain vendor relationships
Track orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
Work closely with operations and warehouse teams

Requirements:

Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain preferred
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
