Work with critical security tools. Assist with user access reviews and password management. Support the IT team in applying security patches and updates. Document security procedures and maintain compliance records. Participate in security awareness initiatives and training sessions. Assist in investigations of security incidents under supervision. Ensure systems and devices strictly follow company security policies. Stay informed about cybersecurity trends and standard methodologies. Office and manufacturing floor settings with exposure to secure systems and equipment. May require occasional after-hours support or on-call availability. Requires adherence to safety and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Foundational understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity principles. Familiarity with Windows, Linux, VMware vCenter and Omnissa VDI Horizon Client environments. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Proven communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow procedures and handle sensitive information responsibly.
