Maintenance Electrician

Cargill is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, motors, PLCs, and controls on production equipment. You’ll perform preventive and predictive maintenance, read and interpret electrical schematics, and ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards. You will partner closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime, document work in a CMMS, and recommend improvements. At Cargill, you’ll work in a safety-first culture that values integrity, continuous learning, and innovative thinking to support reliable and sustainable food production.
$30 - $40 per hour
