This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that's constantly evolving.Main responsibilities:Operator must be able to perform all job functions in a safe & productive manner.This person is responsible for adhering to all safety, quality, & sanitation standards.Must be able to use basic math & accurately complete control paperwork clearly & in a detailed manner.Specific job duties include but are not limited to: mix planning, mix making, raw ingredient receiving, QA testing, and other support functions (CIP, COP, HTST operation).Additional job duties will include operating freezers, pumps, fruit feeders, check-weighers, metal detectors, forklift, pallet jack, to SOP's & to achieve performance targets.Employees may also be asked to participate on problem solving teams.Must be able to work in a team & willing to perform various functions out of regular scope or as assigned by a supervisor.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.We are looking for candidates who possess the following:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred.Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.We also provide a variety of benefits including:Competitive wages paid weeklyAccess to up to 50% of your earned wages before payday, via our partnership with StreamAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
