Shift Lead / Youth Counselor Supervisor (Residential Treatment) Description Spokane, WA Non-Exempt Full-Time positions available Morning Star Boys' Ranch is seeking a full-time Residential Treatment Shift Supervisor to lead direct care staff serving youth ages 6-16 in our Behavioral Rehabilitation Services program in Spokane, Washington. This leadership role combines youth counseling, staff supervision, behavioral health support, trauma-informed care, and residential treatment services. Candidates with experience in social services, behavioral health, child welfare, youth programs, residential care, direct care, or case management are encouraged to apply. This position ensures regulatory compliance, staff development, behavior management implementation, safety, treatment plan support, and positive youth outcomes. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable through company vehicle insurance. Must have valid credentials as required for the position.
