Essential Experience: Minimum 8 years of Oracle Payroll experience
Required Skills: Oracle HCM, Oracle Payroll, Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll and hands-on experience in payroll processing, payroll integrations, and withholding information management. Experience working with Fidelity payroll feedback files is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Work on Oracle HCM with a focus on the Oracle Payroll module.
- Manage and support Oracle Payroll processes, configurations, and integrations.
- Work with Fidelity payroll feedback files and ensure accurate processing of payroll-related information.
- Incorporate and manage employee withholding information within the Oracle Payroll system.
- Analyze payroll feedback files, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support payroll testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Oracle Payroll experience , with 10+ years of overall relevant experience preferred.
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Payroll .
- Experience working with Fidelity payroll feedback files is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and the integration of withholding information into Oracle Payroll.
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with direct Fidelity payroll feedback file experience will be preferred. If Fidelity experience is unavailable, candidates with strong Oracle Payroll expertise and a solid understanding of incorporating employee withholding information into the Oracle Payroll system will also be considered.
