Registered Behavior Technician RBT
Location: Cedar Point, NC
Position: Part Time
Pay: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
Sign on Bonus: $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment
Client Cancelations: 50% pay for eligible client cancelations 
Schedule: Flexible afternoon and early evening hours. Additional hours may become available as our client base continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate behavioral data and complete session documentation
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
• Behavior Technician applicants who have completed the required 40 hour training within the past 60 days are encouraged to apply
• Previous ABA experience or experience working with children with autism preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Morehead City service area
• Strong communication and organizational skills
